To be a pilot is never that easy , even now , however the occupation of pilot has become more popular than ever ,
as popular as lawyers , buissnessman and even doctor , One in every ten of men that you know
would want to become a pilot , But i do hesitate to ask them , Why do they actually want to be a pilot ?
I know half of the 1/10 has intention to travel and the other 1/2 of that half ,is doing it for the money .
But the new and upcoming pilots’s , only 1/4 of the are actually doing it because it was their passion since young .
I mean the passion must start from when you are a child , For myself and i know a few more other pilots ..
They love airports , and aircraft , seeing those things thrilled them like love at first sight ..
Playing an airplane set and prettending to have an airport is a sight of passion for flying for the young
and when at adolesent , all they can talk about is the planes engeneering and its inside or the fascinating thing about
planes . I myself have loved airplanes and airport since young , and this passion will never die .
My obssesion for planes is sometimes more than food itself .
But I do hope that some of those youngsters who do want to become a pilot , have passion
Dont do it just because you get to travel and meet girls
and make a lot of salary a month
do it for the passion
here are a few things about a pilots life that i can say
P is for powering the engine
I is for intelligence
L is for larger than life experience
O is for Overwhelming feeling in flying the big beuties
T is for Total Happiness in life
I find the physcomotor test a very stupid test for pilots to enter their acadamy . That test relies on luck and speed with machines
It does not simulate a real plane senario …
Its utterly stupid , and should be abolished
Pilot’s should be choosen through the precise interview by witty inteviewers .
and should undergo a stress test first …
and should agree to devote your life to flying and flying alone …
half of the many who does go to the flying school drops out .. and this is a truth that
is disgusting to see
and this numbers of dropouts has increased sinced the physcomoto was inrtoduced
In the older days , a written test was done . annd the pilots were way better during that time ….
